A Bathing Ape, BAPE, is a high-end streetwear and lifestyle culture brand. It originated from the Harajuku area of Shibuya, Tokyo and was one of the very first Japanese streetwear brands when it launched in 1993. It holds exclusive collaborations and limited collections, ever-changing and always true to its signature style. Dubai Mall is the home of the brand’s first standalone BAPE store in the region.

Working with the franchise team, operations and management, we developed a go-to-market strategy for the exclusive fashion brand, and onboarded some of Dubai’s best creative talent, including HRMNY and Brothr’s Keepr, to execute the project with a 360 degrees approach.

In order to execute this project, we had to align product releases, global calendars, in-store merchandising, sales offers and marketing material to ensure every consumer touchpoint was considered for and on-brand. We worked across teams to deliver a omni-channel marketing strategy with a successful regional presence.
